La Plage features an impressive array of mains with highlights including the rigatoni truffe, or the black truffle rigatoni with parmesan cream and beef jus, the le poulet jaune in an Arbois emulsion and le filet de boeuf with creamy mashed potatoes and a bourguignon Sauce.
