Vogue Reviews: Bagatelle Dubai

Bagatelle Dubai is known for its opulence and decadence, described as a wholly French Mediterranean fusion. To its founders Aymeric Clemente and Remi Laba, Bagatelle is a lifestyle, a way of life, where joie de vivre is a constant driver. It is the perfect place to be transported from coast to coast.

With 15 years of experience in some of the world’s best restaurants, head chef Timothy Newton brings much of his culinary style and finesse. Today, you will find Newton casting a careful eye over the Bagatelle kitchen, whipping up favorites including Bagatelle Royale, Truffle Pizza, and Whole Roasted Truffle Chicken with Foie Gras.

In a captivating new twist, Bagatelle has introduced London Calling, where guests can enjoy chic, urban London style for a night to remember. Diners will tuck into the decadent Crudo de Daurade to start, a sumptuous Côtes d’Agneau Grillées as a main, and finish off with a dessert such as the Tarte à la Rhubarbe et Gingembre or an Assiette de Fromages, a unique selection of fine British cheese. And in perfect pairing, Bagatelle mixologists have prepared London-esque tipples known as Milk Punch – three different original recipes based on milk, spirits, spices, and juices, made using the finest English tea selection in town.

Bagatelle’s core pillars focus on fresh, clean flavors and ingredients. Pillars that have created a strong following of foodies that appreciate the culinary playground. They have taken a unique spin on classical dishes, whether French or beyond, and created an experience not to be missed.
