Kim Kardashian West and Winnie Harlow on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
Vogue Arabia cover stars Kim Kardashian West and Winnie Harlow made a joint appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to discuss their new makeup line collaboration. Their guest appearance also included an opportunity to discuss their work with the magazine.
The fact that both Kardashian West and Harlow have starred on the cover of Vogue Arabia didn’t go unnoticed by Jimmy Fallon, who pulled out the June and September issues starring the celebrities.
“Thank you for being here,” said the host to Harlow and Kardashian West, who sat together on his interview couch to discuss the new addition to Kardashian West’s KKW Beauty collection.
First talking about Harlow’s cover, in which she starred alongside upcoming Saudi model Shahad Salman, Fallon said, “I thought this was a cool thing. You’re on the cover of Vogue Arabia.”

Harlow proudly chimed in to discuss the shoot, saying, “That’s my first Vogue. This is the beautiful Shahad, she is gorgeous. I really wanted to do something powerful for my first cover with Vogue Arabia. I’m really close with the people behind the scenes there. We’d been having discussions for about a year about what would be really powerful and we found her on Instagram, and she’s a friend of mine.”
The Canadian model has always been proud of her cover story in Vogue Arabia, not just for highlighting the skin condition of vitiligo, but also for stressing the importance of representation and women who stand for women.

Kim Kardashian West was also reminded of her September cover when Fallon pulled out the recent September 2019 issue starring the beauty mogul. “Im looking at this, [Harlow’s cover], and it’s stunning, but then I see the Vogue Arabia cover of Kim. It’s gorgeous,” Fallon said.
