The St. Regis Amman opened its doors earlier this Summer from the heart of Amman‘s bustling city center. The luxury brand marked its debut in Jordan by teaming up with Vogue Arabia on October 2, with one of the many cherished traditions of the St. Regis brand, a Midnight Supper.

Renowned Jordanian actor Saba Mubarak joined the joyous partnership by starring in a short film created by Vogue Arabia which showcased the exquisite beauty of Amman through the timeless rituals of St. Regis. The stunning video was unveiled at the invite-only gathering.

On establishing a new benchmark for opulent hospitality in Jordan, Alex Kyriakidis, President and Managing Director, Middle East & Africa, for Marriott International, said: “St. Regis is one of the most time-honored hotel brands in the world, rich with legacy and traditions that transcend generations and cultures to leave a lasting impression on our guests. The St. Regis Amman will be a beacon of new luxury in Jordan’s capital city, and we are thrilled to bring to life the brand’s signature rituals and the promise of ‘Live Exquisite’ at this beautiful hotel.”

On the special partnership, Manuel Arnaut, Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Arabia, remarked: “We are proud to be exclusive partners in this launch of the new St. Regis Amman. Vogue Arabia shares with this iconic hospitality brand the same principles of excellence, style, and substance. A very special thank you to Jordanian actress Saba Mubarak, who embarked on this journey with us and starred in the video and photoshoot celebrating this partnership.”

The St. Regis Amman embodies the luxury and sophistication of the world-famous St. Regis New York — the group’s historic hotel that opened in 1904. The 16-storied hotel remains true to its legacy with 260 guestrooms, suites and serviced apartments that redefine grandeur. The renowned hallmarks of the St. Regis brand also find a place at the hotel which includes the St. Regis Butler Service, allowing guests to customize their stays in line with personal tastes and preferences.

All accommodation at The St. Regis Amman offers breath-taking views of the city, while the decor boasts Jordan’s rich Bedouin culture. The locally inspired hotel also features an extensive art collection featuring artists based in Amman and the surrounding Levant, Jordan area.

At the hotel’s four in-house lounges, guests are invited to enjoy an authentic Moorish experience at Mercado Andaluz, a piece of Middle East at Tamara, high-tea at St. Regis’s traditional Tea Lounge, and flavorful grilled meats at Zenith. After a day of exploration in Amman, guests can visit the Iridium Spa for some much-needed pampering at one of its seven treatment suites.
