Located just over an hour from Dubai, 1484 by Puro in Ras Al Khaimah is set to be the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Aptly named, since it is set 1,484 meters above sea level, the restaurant will be UAEs highest, offering guests views of the peaks and valleys of the stunning Hajjar Mountains. October 1 onwards, diners can enjoy a breath of fresh air high up on Ras Al Khaimah’s Jebel Jais mountain. This means stunning picturesque views, an exciting Mediterranean menu, drinks, and adventurous activities to get involved in.

The outlet is the latest venture by Puro, an independent restaurant brand with two existing sites on Al Marjan Island and at the Jebel Jais Viewing Deck Park. Nestled on the Jais Adventure Peak, the venue will also be an ideal spot to get lunch or dinner for those keen to take on the zip line or any of the other activities on offer at the Park.

1484 by Puro also has plans to host morning yoga sessions in the peaceful landscape, followed by a scrumptious breakfast which includes favorites such as eggs Benedict, traditional shakshouka, and more. Guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of Ras Al Khaimahs rugged natural beauty while tucking into dishes such as fresh burrata, grilled salmon, pan-fried sea bass, and juicy burgers. Those with sweet cravings can indulge in desserts like sticky date pudding and tiramisu.

According to the management, the restaurant will operate in line with the safety and hygiene measures recommended by internationally recognized bodies, while adhering to federal directives. Some of the measures taken in response to the pandemic include a maximum seating capacity of 76 guests, regular sanitization of equipment, and the adoption of social-distancing.
