Located at The Address Beach Resort in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Chef Francesco Calo has launched his newest restaurant, Via Toledo. Hailing from the cosmopolitan city of Vienna, the award-winning Italian concept is set to delight its guests with sumptuous flavors. The concept for the restaurant was thought up by Calo, who wanted to give his guests a true Italian dining experience inspired by the excellence of the original Neapolitan pizza. The restaurant uses authentic and organic products for all their pizzas and uses a special type of flour named Instensa, which is known for its singular flavor and is exclusive to Via Toledo. The carefully curated menu offers its guests an unrivaled dining experience with the menu highlight being a 24k Gold Montanara Pizza and caviar pizza. Adding to the experience is the furniture flown all the way from Italy coupled with bespoke surroundings, which gives its diners the complete Italian experience.
