Basko, Dubai’s hottest upscale restaurant with a speakeasy, has curated a special menu of its much-loved Mediterranean dishes for Ramadan. Taking in the 60s-inspired interiors, or at the balcony with picturesque views of Dubai’s skyline, guests will be able to choose their meal from a delectable six-course set menu.

Inspired by the Mediterranean region, the menu starts off with tartines and brioches including Crispy Tuna Tartines, Tuna Brioches, Smoked Brisket Brioches, and Cecina and Tomato Tartines, alongside a selection of soups, sides, and salads. For main, Basko is serving its perfectly al dente
Swinging Linguini, Short Ribs that are known to melt in your mouth, a saucy Langoustines Risotto, succulent Smoked Whole Chicken, rich Pappardelle Carmones, and tender Grilled Octopus. Guests can end their hearty meal on a sweet note with dessert options of The Rose Cookie, St Honoré, and Choco Hazelnut.
