Extending across December 24, 25, and New Year’s Eve, this Blue Waters Restaurant embraces a fun-filled family holiday with different brunch and dinner packages, bringing a taste of London’s charm to the region.
The London Projects Bites and Beverage package offers a cosy atmosphere with two hours of canapés to guests. Bringing truffle lamb sausage rolls, smoked salmon with pomegranate caviar, short rib pressed sandwich, roasted fig with burrata and truffle honey to the table, and many more, guests get a free flow of beverages and five finger foods for AED 250.
Sit-down lunch and dinner parties include a three-course menu and free-flowing beverages that can be tailored according to all taste preferences. Entrée options range from hand-cut beef tartare with burnt onion and salted egg yolk, king prawn and cod cakes, or heirloom tomato and burrata salad, alongside other dishes to choose from. Mains include fillet sausage rolls, Chilean seabags with tartare sauce, Scottish salmon with caviar, olive-fed chicken, all of which are served alongside smoked mash and vegetables. Visitors can also indulge in desserts like lemon tart, steamed Christmas pudding, and filled chocolate truffles. The choice of decor for the indoor and outdoor terrace and live entertainment can also be customized based on the function’s theme.
The London Project’s double brunch begins at 1pm till 4pm, while the second runs from 8pm to 11pm. Brunches are held in a cheerful atmosphere featuring live entertainment, a resident DJ from day to night, and a menu with sharing-style starters, mains, and desserts.

Decked out with tunes of festive jazz songs, a rich menu awaits with a list of shareable starters, hand-cut Australian beef tenderloin tartare, prawn cocktail with Marie rose, burrata salad with heirloom tomatoes, and truffle yoghurt drizzled with honey, along with much more. With an upbeat and relaxing atmosphere, the main celebration is set to satisfy families with rolled turkey, lamb rack, Chilean seabass, Caviar beurre blanc, or truffle ravioli, with shareable desserts like lemon tarte with passionfruit caviar, and a charcuterie board.

New Year’s Eve
Draped in shimmering accents of white and gold, The London Project introduces a New Year’s Eve party with celebrations that kick off at 7pm with pre-dinner beverages, to extend until 12.30am, when the party resumes with a la carte offerings. The celebration is set in a vibe accented by DJ Lunga’s live entertainment, jazz tunes by a singer and saxophonist, and a clear view of Bluewater’s firework illuminated skyline.
