Dubai’s popular seaside brasserie The Maine Oyster Bar is being transformed into a cozy Italian eatery for a week on March 19. Curated by #TheItalianWay, the immersive dining concept has joined forces with Milan’s esteemed supper club, Ma’ Hidden Kitchen to provide foodies an authentic and mouth-watering Italian experience in the Middle East. Guests are invited to enjoy a classic meal that has garnered quite the cult following: Expect dishes such as scallops with black truffle, Risotto with smoked clams, or a delectable saffron Tiramisu in an Al Fresco setting. What sets this dining concept apart from other restaurant pop-ups in the region is the idea of having guests sit next to complete strangers during the duration of their meal. “In a world filled with technology, we wanted to bring the concept of socializing back and have people talk to each other in a real way and share their passions for food and drinks,” says #TheItalianWay brand manager Giulia Fiumi.
