On a recent trip to London with his friend the Saudi Arabian designer Layla Moussa, Vogue Arabia editor-in-chief Manuel Arnaut noticed something familiar – from the faces he saw on the streets to the Arabic accents being spoken. “It was as if I were walking in The Dubai Mall on a Friday afternoon.”
The familiarity sparked an idea. “It made me think, if Vogue Arabia is your ultimate guide for fashion, lifestyle, and culture in the Middle East, why shouldn’t we be a part of your summer when vacationing in the English capital?”
For the first time, Vogue Arabia is releasing a special supplement, which comes complimentary with the June issue: The London Guide. Curated for Arab travelers who visit the British capital during the summer months, the travel guide to London supplement will also be distributed in key hotels, restaurants, and spas in the city, but be sure to pick up the June issue before you fly out to ensure you have a copy.
On the cover, long-time Londoner and celebrity presenter Lebanese star Raya Abirached, shot by Luc Braquet and styled by Sophie Goodwin, offers a glimpse of her A-list life in the UK, while supermodel Cara Delevingne gives us a tour of her home. Also inside, find the best lifestyle and fashion addresses London has to offer, style tips inspired by the royal family, insider information on the hottest spots to dine at, the most iconic places to stay, and the top hair salons and spas to have on speed dial. It’s all covered in one ultimate travel guide to London.
Arnaut adds, “It was compiled by true Londoners, who worked hard to put together a magazine that includes all the classics, but also cool stops you might not have heard of. I will definitely use it the next time I travel, and I hope to see you around.”
