SLS Hotel & Residences Dubai is set to bring another one-of-a-kind elevated experience to the city with its signature dining experience Taste of SLS. The fun-filled dine-around experience has previously been held at other SLS properties around the globe – including Los Angeles, Miami, and Vegas amongst others – and will be coming to Dubai on Saturday, May 27, from 7 pm until 12 am.
The extravagant affair will be marked by captivating entertainment, flowing beverages, and some of the most delectable flavors in the city as guests are invited to dress in their best and immerse themselves in a dining experience unlike any other. The night will start off on an energetic note with a personalized welcome coffee cup drink from EllaMia. Following this warm welcome guests are treated to a quintessential Italian feast at Fi’lia, think Italian classics with a contemporary twist, sophisticated bubbles, and romantic Italian tunes.

Soon after the entertainment factor of the night will be turned up a notch with S Bar on the 71st floor – multiple performances, and rhythmic music are complimented by a selection of exclusive nigiri and sushi served on decadent chandelier-style trays. In the Sky Lobby, an edible Chiquita banana branch invites guests to indulge in a truly unique experience before they discover the rich and aromatic flavors of South America at Smoke & Mirrors. A three-piece Latin band will have you on your feet dancing the salsa and tango as you nibble on bite-sized treats inspired by the diverse region.
For a more exalted experience, guests can join the festivities at Carna which offers the finest cuts of meat prepared to perfection – famous Italian butcher Dario Cecchini will be flying in from Tuscany. This sophisticated feast will be accompanied by legendary Lebanese-Armenian musician, composer, and pianist Guy Manoukian serenading everyone with his pioneering musical repertoire blending the beauty of traditional Arabic music with contemporary Western influences.
The night will come to an end at Privilege with an unforgettable finale mirroring the vibrant streets and energy of Miami with fiery entertainment and non-stop music, not to mention that the stunning panoramic views of Dubai alone will be enough to make this an unforgettable night.
