In celebration of the 89th Saudi National Day, we asked a group of Saudi women: How does your country inspire you?
We received different answers from women in diverse fields of business, cinema, as well as fashion design.
While most women answered praising the country’s heritage and culture, artist and art exhibition-owner Mashael Al Rushaid said that the most interesting thing about Saudi Arabia is its people and that they inspire her with determination. Saudi actress Mila Al Zahrani said, “Being a Saudi woman means that I am a brave and capable woman, and able to reach my goals.”
