From November 8-12, the Riyadh Food Culture Festival will spotlight some of the best flavors of local and international cuisines, and give visitors an educational and cultural experience related to food. Put together by the Culinary Arts Commission, the festival was organized in collaboration with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, with support from the Quality of Life Program.

The Riyadh Food Culture Festival will be split into four main areas, which will together offer up the world’s best street food and culinary arts. The space will also include a special exhibitors’ section, comprising of 30 stations for restaurants from across the globe. 10 stores will also be selling hard-to-find international food products for culinary enthusiasts. Along with this, the festival will give food lovers a chance to connect with local and international chefs to learn more about their journeys and cooking styles, and to delve into future opportunities that can potentially boost the Kingdom’s culinary scene.

The Riyadh Food Culture Festival is, of course, a part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, and aims to cater to guests of all ages. While adults can enjoy fresh flavors and unique dishes, children will find lots of interesting activities — including coloring and cake decoration workshops, and contests — in a dedicated area for kids. The festival will also include a series of live performances focusing on different cultures and their rich histories.

For visitors who are looking forward to an immersive educational experience, the Riyadh Food Culture Festival is also hosting special workshops for adults, ranging from arts and crafts to cooking and baking. A total of 25 workshops will be held over five days, and will focus on a range of culinary techniques like meal presentation, cake decoration, and beverages.
