It looks like Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas aren’t letting their wedding festivities die down anytime soon. Fresh from an idyllic Caribbean honeymoon, the newly-weds, who tied the knot in an extravagant celebration in India two months ago, held a wedding reception in Belmont, North Carolina. The celebration unfolded at Nellie’s Southern Kitchen, a restaurant owned and operated by the Jonas family. The eatery was inspired by the pop singer’s great grandmother, Nellie Jonas, who passed away in 2011.
“Fam jam,” Chopra captioned an Instagram from the event, “Thank you for a wonderful reception. We love you! This was amazing.”
Unlike their Indian nuptials, which saw the Bollywood star wear a custom red lehenga from Sabyasachi and a crystal-adorned dress by Ralph Lauren, Chopra opted for a white, off-the-shoulder, floral, tea-length dress while Jonas looked decidedly casual in an olive green button-down and black trousers.

Based on social media posts, the dessert bar was complete with a three tiered wedding cake and mini pies. As for entertainment, Nick’s older brother Joe Jonas took to the stage to perform his band’s hit song, “Cake by the Ocean” for guests, which included his fiancé Sophie Turner who was seen swaying to the music.
The North Carolina reception was the first stateside celebration for the couple, presumably for Jonas’s extended American family who couldn’t make it to India for the December 1 nuptials.
