FIFA Ambassador Victoria Lopyreva hosted a lavish event at the Bulgari Hotel Yacht Club in Dubai this week ahead of the Matrëshka Festival, which is set to take place next year as part of Expo 2021.
The gala dinner celebrated the 2021 initiatives that will see the Matrëshka Festival run for several days. The festival traditionally introduces guests from different countries to the culture and creativity of Russian performers and designers, and the gala dinner did just that. Glamorous guests, including prominent businessmen and celebrities, attended the private event, enjoying an exquisite Russian dinner as well as a magnificent concert program presented by world stars, including pianist Yuri Rozum.
The evening also included a fashion show by famous Russian designer Anastasia Zadorina, while singer Layla Kardan provided local music entertainment – blending the two cultures.
Launched in 2014, the Matrëshka Festival was co-founded by Russian model and influencer Lopyreva with the goal to create a bridge between the two nations in an elaborate celebration of arts, fashion, music, and cuisine through a packed schedule of live entertainment and fair-style vendors.
