On July 5, Noor Fares and artist Flavie Audi celebrated their collaboration “Superlunary” at the Galerie Kamel Mennour with an intimate Parisian dinner with guests Peter Dundas, Bianca Brandolini, Edgardo Osorio, Vogue Arabia editor-in-chief Manuel Arnaut, and Elisabeth von Thurn und Taxis.

The soirée showcased the jewelry collection, which features geometric shapes and ethereal edge among glitter-sprayed florals, bespoke crystal-cut place cards, and iridescent interior accents that transported the fashion pack into a “celestial kaleidoscope,” merging the two aesthetic worlds of Fares and Audi.

In an interview with Audi on the advent of her opening her first solo show at Tristan Hoare gallery in Fitzroy Square, the artist opened up about her creative process. “The beginning of a project starts with a strong intuition about an idea,” Audi told Vogue Arabia. “I investigate material behaviors, tools, and technologies to execute and materialize my ideas. An idea can be very sudden, appearing from a subconscious link in the mind, or it can happen very slowly and gradually. It is about listening attentively to my intuition, and hearing when ideas arrive.” The collection brings together both talents perfectly – the fluid glasswork is anchored by Fares’ clever use of color, accentuating the feminine shapes of the 15 pieces that make up the collection.
