Located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, Jun’s is the brainchild of award-winning chef Kelvin Cheung, offering a progressive Asian modern dining experience. The contemporary restaurant concept is rooted in Cheung’s Chinese heritage and brings together nostalgic
flavors of North American and Asian cuisines to serve up dishes with personal stories. Some of the chef’s highlights include the charred rainbow heirloom carrots with smoked labneh, candied nuts, and soy honey butter (fashioned after the cream cheese and smoked salmon bagels his mother used to make for him), a satisfyingly tangy kale chaat inspired by the city of Mumbai, the salmon tartar with gluten-free nori crackers, and charred avocado and agua de chili, among other must-tries. Don’t leave without indulging in Cheung’s boba crème brûlée—a culinary delight that’s likely to remind you of your childhood.
