The long-awaited first look of Squid Game‘s Season 2 is finally here. While the popular South Korean series is yet to have a release date, it is expected to hit the streaming giant this year. Netflix’s trailer for 2024 showcases a few exciting scenes from the series that have quickly taken over the internet. The most talked-about of them all is one that features the return of the Recruiter played by beloved actor Gong Yoo, sitting across Lee Jung-Jae’s Seong Gi-hun, the protagonist, as well as the Front Man played by Lee Byung Hun. It also shows a new character played by Park Gyu-Young holding a card with the infamous symbols, hinting that the games are continuing.

Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, and Aidan Gallagher’s respective characters will go on one final adventure through six episodes—details of which are relatively under wraps. However, Raver-Lampman, who plays Allison Hargreeve told Netflix: “[It’s] really, really packed with classic Umbrella Academy family nonsense and shenanigans that you look forward to. There’s some unbelievable new characters and villains that are super exciting.”

Lindsay Lohan is gearing up for the release of her first Netflix project as part of her two-picture deal with the platform, which she signed after her comeback with the holiday flick Falling for Christmas. Titled Irish Wish, the romantic comedy’s first look sees Lohan fallen on the floor at a wedding with a cell phone to her ear. The official synopsis of the film reads: “When the love of her life gets engaged to her best friend, Maddie puts her feelings aside to be a bridesmaid at their wedding in Ireland. With her dream seeming to come true, Maddie soon realizes that her real soulmate is someone else entirely.”
