Miley Cyrus Seems to Confirm She and Liam Hemsworth Are Married

Miley Cyrus appears to have confirmed that she and Liam Hemsworth got married this weekend. Rumors began swirling earlier in the week that the couple tied the knot on Sunday evening, though the two had yet to confirm any news—until now. Today, Cyrus took to Instagram to share photos of the two in what appears to be a post-ceremony embrace, set in front of a Christmas-decorated fireplace.

“10 years later…” Cyrus captioned one post, making reference to when they first began dating (though some reports say they only met each other, on the set of their film The Last Song, in 2009). The duo have dated on and off for years, and Hemsworth even proposed to her once, in 2012, but they called off the relationship a year later. They began seriously dating again around 2016.

Wedding rumors first arose after the couple’s friend Conrad Jack Carr posted Instagram stories of what appeared to be a wedding celebration for Hemsworth and Cyrus. Cyrus, clad in a white gown, and Hemsworth dressed in a tux, were seen amongst cupcakes and Mr. and Mrs. balloons. Cyrus’s mother, Tish, and sisters Noah and Brandi, as well as Chris and Luke Hemsworth, were also in attendance at the party, held at the couple’s Nashville home. In one photo, Cyrus and Hemsworth are even seen cutting a cake together.

In her post, Cyrus also tagged her white off-the-shoulder gown as designer Vivienne Westwood, though it’s unconfirmed if that style was her wedding dress or not. Hemsworth also appears to be wearing a wedding band on his ring finger.
