Located at Raffles The Palm, Matagi serves its guests an exquisite array of contemporary Japanese cuisine with an Italian twist for brunch. Located in DIFC Gate Village, Red Sun hours offers its guests a sharing menu for two at AED 250 (AED 125 each), every Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7pm. Located in Atlantis, The Palm, Ossiano brings its visitors a dining experience 10 meters deep into one of the world’s largest aquariums. Orchestrated by celebrated chef Gregoire Berger, the restaurant offers a nine to 11-wave tasting menu which is led by Berger’s lifelong respect for seasonality, terroir, and sea foraging, with all ingredients sustainably sourced from the oceans or within 50km of coastline.
