Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Made a Surprise Appearance at Vancouver’s Hockey Game

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were spotted in the stands of a hockey game this week. The couple made a surprise appearance at the Vancouver Canucks vs. San Jose Sharks match at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada on Monday night. According to the Canucks, Meghan and Harry were there to “celebrate the Invictus Games coming to Vancouver and Whistler February 2025.”

Photographed cheering for the team, Meghan opted for her version of sports spectator dressing in a polished yet relaxed ensemble that fits right in with her style signature. The mother-of-two wore a black full-sleeved top and Altuzarra trousers with a belted Max Mara coat. To accessorize the fail-safe outfit, she looked to the timeless Cartier choker, watch, and bracelets in gold, as well as a Lorraine Schwartz five-eye diamond bracelet. She wore her down in soft waves and brushed to one side, while her makeup for the occasion was minimal, featuring defined eyes and a nude lip. For his part, the Duke of Sussex was dressed in a dark sweater over a white button-down, with jeans and a long coat.

The couple’s last public appearance had been at a World Mental Health Day event in New York, where they were part of a panel discussion with the US Surgeon General, moderated by Carson Daly. “Being a mom is the most important thing in my entire life—outside, of course, being a wife to this one,” Markle had said at the event. “But I will say I feel fortunate that our children are at an age, again quite young, so this isn’t in our immediate future, but I also feel frightened at how it’s continuing to change and this will be in front of us.”
