South Korea is teeming with exciting experiences for everyone looking to visit the originator of the world’s most sought-after beauty trend.
In June, Saudi Arabian TV presenter Lojain Omran and singer Aseel Omran toured South Korea while making stops at multiple destinations with the help of Himedi, which provides a number of services to Middle Eastern visitors in South Korea, including hospital recommendations, hotels, vehicles, medical guide services, as well as sightseeing guides.

One of the many things on their schedule was a health checkup at a hospital frequented by a former female President of South Korea. There, the sisters treated themselves to skincare treatments such as the baby-face needle therapy received by Lojain. With flawless skin at the core of Korean beauty standards, innovative skincare techniques have been embraced as a significant part of the K-beauty concept, which is much more than gimmicky face masks. Though the trend has taken the world by storm, there was no better place than South Korea itself to indulge in the ultimate K-beauty experience.
Since no trip abroad is complete without retail therapy, Lojain and Aseel also enjoyed shopping from local brands at Sinsa-dong’s lively Garosu-gil area famed for its high-end stores and cafes. Later in the evening, the sisters boarded a luxury cruise to take in the night views from the iconic Han River.
Speaking about their trip Lojain and Aseel commented, “We were very surprised that the medical system in South Korea was very advanced, and thanks to Himedi, we were able to receive the best medical services and special services in every aspect from entry to departure.” Lojain added: “I want to revisit South Korea again with my parents.”

Other than souvenirs from the country, the sisters also took back a membership card called the ‘Himedi Pass’ as a farewell gift. Due to its popular demand on social media, additional cards named ‘Himedi Pass, THE edition’ have been launched in August.
