You Can Now Live Like a Maharaja in the City Palace of Jaipur

One of the most extravagant fantasies of living like a Maharaja in a palace can now come true, thanks to Jaipur’s royal family who recorded one of their suites at the City Palace on Airbnb for individuals to lease. The suite will be accessible to book November 23 onwards. Guests’ experience will begin as soon as they walk out of the airport where a chauffeur-driven car will be waiting for them outside. Once they have reached the palace, a private butler will be assigned to them to take care of all their needs.

During the stay, guests will be treated to two gourmet experiences – breakfast and dinner, at City Palace’s in-house restaurant, Baradari.

The City Palace is situated in the heart of the pink city of Jaipur, India. Profoundly steeped in history, the royal residence is one of the most famous structures of the nation. It embodies the best of 18th-century Rajput design with engineering impacts of later periods. Visitors will have the option to book the Guldiya Suite situated in one of the private areas of the illustrious royal residence which has never been seen by anybody other than the royals themselves or their visitors. The suite comprises of a private indoor swimming pool, kitchen, lounge, and a luxurious bathroom.

The inside of the castle boasts lavish chambers, crystal chandeliers, unpredictable carvings, large reception halls, and gilded wall decorations. Visitors will be outfitted with a fascinating and rousing adventure into the rich history, social legacy and imaginative customs of Jaipur’s imperial family. All guests will have access to a guide who will organize fun city encounters including shopping visits, guided strolls, and other excursions. Authentic Rajasthani meals may be enjoyed on a porch offering an astounding perspective on the encompassing Aravalli hills and strongholds overlooking the palace.

The proceeds of each reservation will go to the Princess Diya Kumari Foundation which is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting women in rural areas and artisans in the province of Rajasthan. The suite priced at AED29,385 per night will be available to book on select evenings at an uncommon debut offer of AED3,673 every night, with Airbnb paying the equalization sum for each reserving as a commitment to the establishment. Although, from January 1 onwards, the suite will be accessible for visitors to book at the full rate.
