Congratulations are in order for HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who has welcomed another grandchild into his family. HH Sheikha Hessa bint Mohammed Al Maktoum, daughter of the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, gave birth to a baby girl this week, her proud family have revealed.
The news has widely been shared across Instagram by members of Dubai’s royal family, with HH Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum sharing the new arrival’s name with her 532,000 followers. “It’s a girl!” Her Highness wrote, alongside a pink square with a delicate floral embellishment. “Congratulations to my dear sister on the birth of Salama bint Saeed bin Dalmook Al Maktoum.”
HH Sheikha Hessa is married to Sheikh Saeed bin Dalmook bin Juma Al Maktoum, and the couple is believed to already have two children, Sheikha Hind and Sheikh Rashid, prior to their new arrival. The couple wed in 2008, in a ceremony attended by His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. Mabrouk to the family on the happy news!
