Princess Diana‘s niece Lady Kitty Spencer is a mother to a baby girl! The British model, who is the daughter of Earl Spencer, has revealed the happy news in a surprise Mother’s Say shared with her Instagram followers. Spencer took to the platform to share a heartwarming video of her holding her baby as she stands on the beach wearing a white swimsuit. ” ‘It’s the joy of my life to be your mummy, little one. I love you unconditionally. Happy Mother’s Day to those who celebrate today,” she captioned the post.
Comments under the post were flooded with gushing, congratulatory messages, with Kitty’s younger sister, Lady Amelia Spencer, writing, “The most perfect angel in the world”, and her twin Lady Eliza Spencer, adding, “My perfect little niece,” confirming that the model gave birth to a girl. Well wishes were also posted by fellow models Maye Musk and Helena Christensen, and Bulgari’s creative director Lucia Silvestri.

Seeing as Kitty is the daughter of Princess Diana’s brother Charles Spencer, the model’s baby will be a distant cousin to Prince and Princess of Wales’ three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, as well as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s two kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Spencer has welcomed her daughter with husband and South African businessman Michael Lewis, to whom she has been married since 2021. The model kept the entirety of her pregnancy under wraps, contrary to her wedding to Lewis, which was a grand affair held over three days in Rome. Spencer and Lewis went public with their relationship in 2019, following their engagement over Christmas that year.
