Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are welcoming a child together via surrogate, People reported on Wednesday. They also share daughter True, 4, who was born in 2018.
“We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November,” a rep for Kardashian told the outlet. “Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family.”

A source clarified to People that the baby was conceived before the couple broke up in January 2022. “Khloé and Tristan are not back together and have not spoken since December outside of co-parenting matters,” the source said. “The baby was conceived via surrogate before it was revealed to Khloé and the public that Tristan was having a baby with someone else in December.”
During his relationship with Kardashian, Thompson fathered a child with trainer Maralee Nichols who was born on December 1. The NBA player also shares 5-year-old Prince with ex Jordan Craig.
Last month, it was reported that Khloé is currently dating a private equity investor she met through her sister Kim Kardashian.
