The Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck marriage cycle is never-ending. And the latest news is that one of the guests (all of whom had to sign NDAs, according to Page Six) didn’t follow the rules.
At a private ceremony for friends and family at Affleck’s home in southern Georgia earlier this month, the couple exchanged vows for a second time following their intimate Las Vegas wedding in July. Attendees included Ben’s BFF in life and cinema, Matt Damon; the couple’s children from their previous marriages; and Kevin Smith, who directed Jersey Girl, which Lopez and Affleck appeared in together.
But one of the guests apparently took a video during the wedding and sold it to TMZ. The aforementioned video showed Lopez serenading Affleck with a new song. The performance included background dancers, because this is J.Lo we’re talking about. The leaked video made the rounds, but Lopez is not happy about it.
“This was taken without permission. Period,” Lopez commented on a post of the video shared by the Jennifer Lopez fan account @jlow0rld, per People. “And whoever did it took advantage of our private moment. I don’t know where you all are getting it from bc we had NDAs and asked everyone to not share anything from our wedding. That is our choice to share.
“Anything I put out private is OnTheJLO and it’s to share w my fans,” Lopez continued. “Which I will do when I am ready to. This was stolen without our consent and sold for money. Thank you for caring I love you guys.” Commenting on a fan account of yourself? That’s icon behavior.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are currently on their second honeymoon in Lake Como, Italy. Following their Las Vegas wedding in July, the newlyweds honeymooned in Paris, where Lopez wore several Reformation dresses.
Here’s hoping she spends the rest of her second honeymoon in peace, sans more wedding leaks.
