Jennifer Lopez has quietly canceled seven shows on her upcoming This Is Me… Now tour in 2024.
Fans in a handful of American cities will have to wait longer to see Jennifer Lopez live as the popstar has canceled seven stops on her 2024 This Is Me… Now tour. The now 30-city tour is scheduled to kick off on June 26 in Orlando’s Kia Center, marking Lopez’s first North American tour in five years. According to the listing on Ticketmaster, the gigs dropped from the show are those from August 20-31, starting with Cleveland’s Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on August 22, Raleigh on PNC Arena on August 24, Atlanta’s State Farm Arena on August 25, Tampa’s Amalie Arena on August 27, New Orleans’ Smoothie King Center on August 30, and Houston’s at Toyota Center.

While neither Ticketmaster nor Lopez has issued a statement explaining the cancellation, sources told Billboard that “the dates were scotched due to routing issues but that new shows have been added and will be announced soon.” According to Variety, a large number of tickets for most of the stops on the tour remain unsold as per the seating charts on Ticketmaster, which may not always be an accurate indicator of a tour’s popularity. It is also worth noting that due to increased demand in certain cities, Live Nation announced on Thursday that Lopez has added second dates for Miami’s Kaseya Center on June 29, Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena on August 3, and New York’s Madison Square Garden on August 17, which is currently the final stop of the tour.

The self-financed tour is part of Lopez’s three-part project including the This Is Me… Now album and tour, and two films This Is Me… Now: A Love Story and The Greatest Love Story Never Told, which were released on Amazon Prime last month.
