Makeup mogul Huda Kattan is in London with her daughter Nour Giselle and her Instagram posts are proof of their good time. One such post sent her followers into a frenzy when the former Vogue Arabia cover star shared a selfie with Victoria Beckham, documenting her first time meeting the British icon.
“With the queen @victoriabeckham,” Kattan captioned the photo. “So lovely to meet such a strong, classy woman who cares sooooo much! Loved meeting you today! We also low key talked about our woman crush on @evalongoria”. Hashtags #womanpower and #womensupportingwomen following the caption only amplified the feelings of fans gushing over the two of the industry’s most successful women meeting each other.
The selfie posted by Kattan received over 90,000 likes on her personal account and more than 270,000 likes on her brand, Huda Beauty’s account. The former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham also took to Instagram to share the moment with her 25 million followers, while revealing more about the topic of their conversation and the upcoming launch of her beauty brand. “Such a pleasure meeting @huda today and chatting about beauty! So excited for #victoriabeckhambeauty to come!!” she wrote in her caption.
On her Instagram Stories, Beckham also showed the gifts she received from Kattan, which included a gold necklace with the British fashion designer’s name in Arabic, a bouquet of white roses and a note saying, “so happy we could finally meet”.
