According to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, “The fastest way to happiness is by instilling happiness in the hearts of others.” This weekend, the royal did just that when he fulfilled the wish of a seven-year-old.
In a now-viral video posted by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Tuqa Al Hammadi was seen crying because she was unable to take a picture with the ruler at Expo 2020. She asked her mother to take her to the site of the expo, explaining how she dreams of taking the picture.

A few hours later, the girl was surprised with a phone call asking her to prepare to meet Sheikh Mohammed at the venue. Granting the girl’s wish, the Dubai ruler agreed to meet her and greeted her with a warm hug as she ran up to him, and gifted her an Expo 2020 badge. His Highness later shared one of the images via Twitter and Instagram, calling it his “best Expo encounter so far.”
