As Prince Harry and Meghan Markle settle into their new home in California after officially stepping down as senior members of the royal family earlier this year, they may soon be welcoming a new neighbor into their midst: Mohamed Hadid. The American-Palestinian real estate mogul renowned for his luxury developments around the world and father to Gigi, Bella, and Anwar Hadid is reportedly turning to his current Hollywood hometown to build a four-story “mega-mansion” on a 100-acre plot primely located next to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s current living arrangement.
Hadid’s latest project is still in the early stages with 15 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, and two swimming pools expected to complete the 55,000sqft Beverly Hills property, but it’s unclear if the former Vogue Man Arabia cover star expects to live in the multi-million dollar abode himself. Although these plans are years in the making, work has allegedly been halted at this moment over multiple permit disputes with Los Angeles officials with no resumption date in sight as of yet.
