Hailey and Justin Bieber are Married (Again!) at Palmetto Bluff in South Carolina

This evening, model Hailey Bieber (née Baldwin) walked down the aisle at the Inn at Palmetto Bluff, a picturesque, secluded property 40 minutes from downtown Savannah, Georgia. On the Friday ahead of the wedding weekend, which was all planned by celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss, Justin posted a throwback photo on Instagram of he and his now-wife of one year, captioning the shot: “My wife and I where it all began.”

25-year-old Justin and 22-year-old Hailey have known each other since they were teenagers, but it wasn’t until 2016 when their longtime friendship turned romantic. It wasn’t a courtship without its bumps in the road though—rather, the relationship started out in the shadow of his love affair with Selena Gomez and the Bielieber fandom. Shortly after taking a vacation to St. Barth’s together, Justin and Hailey broke up, but ultimately they reunited in May of 2018. Just two months later, the singer asked the model to marry him while they were on a trip to the Bahamas. Later that fall, they married in a clandestine civil ceremony at New York’s City Hall.

Since then, the couple has had to adjust to married life and living together for the first time. “You don’t wake up every day saying, ‘I’m absolutely so in love and you are perfect,’” Hailey told Vogue US when they appeared on the cover in February 2019. “That’s not what being married is. But there’s something beautiful about it anyway—about wanting to fight for something, commit to building with someone. We’re really young, and that’s a scary aspect. We’re going to change a lot. But we’re committed to growing together and supporting each other in those changes. That’s how I look at it. At the end of the day, too, he’s my best friend. I never get sick of him.”

In the lead up to wedding number two, the model celebrated her bachelorette party with friends. Kendall Jenner and sister Alaia Baldwin were among those to toast the bride-to-be with dinner at Ysabel in Los Angeles, followed by dancing at Delilah. And once everyone arrived in South Carolina, a rehearsal dinner at Palmetto Bluff’s Moreland Landing venue, where the bride wore a custom corseted white mini dress designed by Vivienne Westwood, and a bow in her hair, was followed by bowling, People reports. It seems there will only be more fun to come.
