Tabu invites guests to a special Emirati Women‘s Day zero-waste five-course menu. Available from 6pm to 12am starting Friday, August 25 to Thursday, August 31, excluding Sunday and Monday, guests are welcome to choose five dishes from a selection of nine delectable offerings. The menu includes a salmon croquette, salmon tartare, salmon skin, spicy mayo; Patagonian toothfish skewers, sweet miso, chives; slow braised wagyu beef short rib, Japanese rice, shiitake and geisha kiss, yuzu mousse, raspberry coulis. Keeping in mind the sustainability theme for Emirati Women’s Day 2023, every dish is crafted from trimmings and irregular ingredients that are typically discarded.
