The Inaugural Edition of the Region’s Biggest Electronic Dance Music Festival is Coming to Riyadh

In exciting news for all the party-lovers in Riyadh, MDLBeast has announced a groundbreaking music festival set to take place in ten days. The line-up of the festival includes artists who have previously performed at the world’s top-rated music festivals like Tomorrowland and Coachella along with other emerging Saudi Arabian talent, playing across five different stages – each with their own unique vibe.

The festival’s three days will see two legendary Dutch DJs Tiesto and Martin Garrix flying in straight from the Netherlands, as well as South African DJ Black Coffee, and the Italian Electronic music DJ Marco Carola perform amongst many others on December 19. Headlining the main stage is French DJ David Guetta and American musician Steve Aoki who is notoriously known for “caking” the crowd. Colombian reggaeton singer J Balvin will also entertain the crowd by performing his famous singles “Blanco” and “Loco Contigo”  along with others. On December 21, the festival will welcome two more Dutch DJs Afrojack and R3HAB who will take the stage, followed by the Swedish sensation Sebastian Ingrosso and Saudi Arabian DJ Omar Bassad amongst many others.

As part of the festival’s announcement, Aoki said in a video, “This summer I got to play in Saudi Arabia for the very first time, and it was the most incredible experience that I’ll never forget. So when I got the offer to play at the three days MDL Beast Festival, I was thrilled to become part of it and be back in the region again. It’s gonna be an incredible event with tonnes of new acts and lots of international names, and of course, I’m gonna be there; so please come, it’s gonna be amazing.”

What’s more, alongside exciting EDM music raves, the coordinators have engineered another experience for the visitors called MDLBeastXP where everybody is urged to go past the beats at a dedicated exhibition space where demonstrations about how music can be leveraged as a force for goodwill take place. As well as vivid installations and tactile melodic spectaculars for the viewing pleasure of anyone passing by, there will be a Heliosphere aerobatic and interactive show performed with music to create the illusion of flying, and Fuerza Bruta which is a thrilling performance loaded up with peppy music, aerial and aquatic acrobatics, and heart-throbbing dance moves amongst many others.

Tickets for the event start at AED 367 and are available to purchase on mdlbeast.com
