Yesterday, Vogue Arabia reported on the wedding of Prince Ernst August of Hanover’s eldest son, Prince Ernst August Jr, to Russian fashion designer of catsuit brand Ekat, Ekaterina Malysheva. The couple wed at Marienburg Castle in Hanover, Germany on July 8. The designer commissioned her long-term friend Lebanese designer Sandra Mansour to create three dresses for the occasion: a hand-embroidered lace dress for the pre-wedding party; the bridal gown, which took three and a half months to create with pearl detailing; and the wedding party look inspired by the Claire de Lune dress from Mansour’s Spring 2017 collection.
The bride and designer share the official dress fittings photographs with Vogue Arabia in the gallery above, photographed in the palace where Prince Ernst and Ekaterina will move to this summer.
