Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan: “I Consider Myself Lucky… It Is Not Every Day You Meet Someone Like Rajwa”

This weekend, Crown Prince of Jordan Hussein bin Abdullah revealed the details of how he met his fianceé Rajwa Al-Saif at a forum held by the Crown Prince Foundation. While the prince urged the nation to keep up with advancements in artificial intelligence and addressed issues related to the country’s young labor force at the session (which was titled ‘Tawasol: Dialogue on Reality and Aspirations’), he also opened up about his relationship with the future queen of Jordan.

While a recent post on Prince Hussein’s Instagram page celebrated the Saudi national on her birthday with the words, “Looking forward to a life of love, compassion and commitment with you”, his words at the forum gave a deeper look at the duo’s equation.

In the presence of Al-Saif herself, and Prime Minister Bishr Al-Khasawneh, Prince Hussein not only assured the audience of their happiness but also talked about how they met. “I met Rajwa through an old friend from school,” he revealed. “I consider myself lucky because it is not every day you meet someone like Rajwa.”

For the outing, Al-Saif looked stunning in a belted pink blazer, showcasing the Jordanian royal family’s reputation for sartorial excellence and confirming the words spoken by her fiancé. This is not the first time that the soon-to-be-wedded couple (the much-awaited royal wedding is set to take place on June 1, 2023) has taken over the internet. Ever since the announcement of their engagement, any public appearances are followed by a flurry of well-wishes from around the globe, much like their recent attendance at Princess Iman’s wedding.
