Renowned singer and style icon Celine Dion will soon make her way to the region. As the Canadian superstar kicks of her Courage World Tour, Byblos Festival confirmed that Dion would be performing in Beirut, Lebanon.
This is not the first time the My Heart Will Go On singer has shown her love for Lebanon. Some of the star’s iconic sartorial moments are created with the help of creations by Lebanese couturiers. Who can forget her stunning midnight-blue haute couture gown by Elie Saab for the Grammys in 2017?
Two days ago, Dion posted a video on Instagram with “See you soon!” written in 13 different languages – which included English, French, Italian, and German. The cryptic video provided a major hint on which countries she will be performing in. However, the Lebanese festival broke the news on Instagram for those who couldn’t decipher Dion’s clues, with a photo that read, ” See you soon, Beirut! Love Celine…”
The 51-year-old will be releasing her first English album in six years, which will feature her latest tracks Imperfections, Lying Down, and Courage. Fans of the star can look forward to November 15, when Dion’s full album will be released.
