As a part of Riyadh Seasons, the concert is set to take place in the city’s King Fahd International Stadium, on October 11 this year. The show will be one from the band’s record-breaking “Love Yourself: Speak Yourself” world tour.

Members Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, and Jeon Jungkook debuted as the band named BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan) under Big Hit Entertainment label in 2013. Since then, they have taken the global music industry by storm with their chart-topping songs like Spring Day and Mic Drop. Much of their discography is co-written and produced by the septet themselves and based on themes of self-love, mental health, and social commentary. The group recently made history by becoming the first Korean act to perform at the Grammy Awards in the US earlier this year.

BTS has previously visited the region when they filmed their annual summer vlog called Summer Package in Dubai in 2016. Their popularity and influence in the Middle East have also earned them a star on Dubai’s very own Walk of Fame.
