Bruno Mars is making his return to the UAE as the headliner for a two-day festival Resolution by Night in Abu Dhabi.
The singer will bring in 2020 – UAE’s most awaited year – with his hit tracks Just The Way You Are, 24K Magic, and Grenade at the Du Arena, Yas Island. The R&B singer’s Uptown Funk, in collaboration with Mark Ronson, won Record of the Year at the Grammys in 2014, and his album 24K Magic received seven Grammy Awards in 2016: Album of the Year, Record of the Year, and Song of the Year.
The 11-time Grammy-winning American singer, songwriter, and record producer isn’t a stranger to the country. The artist had previously performed at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre in 2013 when the concert was sold out. The platinum-selling artist will take the stage on December 31, and once again, UAE will sing along to the tunes of Mars.
The concert will be organized by Flash Entertainment and Miral Asset Management, in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi).

According to Flash Entertainment, tickets starting from AED350 will go on sale at noon on September 16, with Du customers receiving a 20 percent discount for the first 48-hours.
The festival isn’t only for Mars’ fans, but also families and children. From 2pm to 10pm, the funfair will include family-friendly attractions, including a 300-meter long inflatable castle with over 40 obstacles and 18-meter slide.
Before the concert, visitors can enjoy as well as participate in local stage entertainment, children-themed shows, face painting, and magic shows.
The Resolution by Day tickets will cost AED20 for children aged between 2 to 12 year old and AED50 for adults. However, if guests purchase a ticket to the Bruno Mars concert, they will receive a 50 percent discount on the festival prices.
