Welcome, baby Reynolds! Blake Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds have added a fourth child to their family. On Sunday, February 12, the Gossip Girl star shared an Instagram pic in which she appears no longer pregnant.
Per her caption, the photo was taken today: “Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023,” she wrote. The post also features photos of some Puppy Bowl-ready snacks. However, she didn’t explicitly mention the birth of her child, sending commenters into a tizzy.
“When you buried the lead that you had your baby,” wrote one follower. “Honestly well done.”
Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld added, “Epic post! For all the reasons!!!”

Lively announced her pregnancy in September 2022 when she proudly displayed her bump at a Forbes event. Days later, she shared more maternity pictures on Instagram, while asking the paparazzi to not be so invasive in their attempts for candids of her three daughters. “Here are photos of me pregnant in real life so the 11 guys waiting outside my home for a 🦄 sighting will leave me alone,” Lively wrote at the time. “You freak me and my kids out. Thanks to everyone else for all the love and respect and for continuing to unfollow accounts and publications who share photos of children. You have all the power against them. And thank you to the media who have a ‘No Kids Policy’. You all make all the difference 🙏♥️. Much love! Xxb.”

In November, Reynolds opened up about how excited the whole family was. “You know, you’d have to be a moron to do this four times if you didn’t like it. It’s gonna be nuts, but we’re very excited,” he told Entertainment Tonight.
The pair don’t share photos of their kids on social media, but we do know that their youngest got to meet Santa while in utero. It’s all who you know!
