Located on the 23rd floor at The St Regis Downtown in Dubai is the high-end, authentic, yet modern Japanese restaurant, Tabu. Although equipped with a stage and performances, it does not identify as a dinner-show venue and instead prides itself on extending the theatrics beyond the stage to its food, beverages, and service style.

The highlight of the new restaurant is its new experience named Sansetto, The Tasting Hour, which includes a delectable five-course tasting menu every day from Sunday to Friday for AED 195 from 6pm to 8pm. It entails a multi-sensory dining experience and theatrical gastronomy with a menu that serves Chef Roberto Segura’s favorites coupled with a sophisticated, avant-garde culinary journey.
