The British artists, who collaborated together, along with Jamaican singer Sean Paul, on the 2016 hit single Rockabye, will be coming to the emirate for what will be one of the first major live musical performances in Dubai over the last year, since the restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

The DSF Grand Opening event will see Anne-Marie and Clean Bandit perform some of their best singles. Anne-Marie rose to fame in 2016 with the release of her first single Alarm from her debut album Speak Your Mind, which was later released in 2018. The 29-year-old has worked with global music stars, including Ed Sheeran and Nick Jonas, and is best recognized for her songs 2002, Friends and Rewrite the Stars with fellow singer James Arthur, from the reimagined soundtrack album based on covers from the award-winning film The Greatest Showman.

British electronic group Clean Bandit is responsible for some of the most successful international music collaborations over the last six years. The band rose to prominence following the release of their single Rather Be alongside fellow British artist Jess Glynne, and have since gone on to collaborate with Demi Lovato, Zara Larson, Julia Michaels, and Ellie Goulding.

The DSF is running from December 17 until January 30, where more than 3,500 retail outlets across the emirate will be offering discounts from 25% up to 75% off. The festival will also welcome British comedian Jack Whitehall to Dubai as he performs his Stood Up comedy tour show at the Dubai World Trade Centre on Thursday, January 14.

The DSF Grand Opening with Anne-Marie and Clean Bandit concert will take place this Friday, December 18 at Burj Park, Downtown Dubai. Tickets are priced at AED50 and are available to buy online on Platinum List
