In Vogue Arabia’s latest video, Egyptian star Amina Khalil brings a thrilling story to life, taking the world on a treasure hunt that runs across not one, but two gorgeous properties—The St. Regis Almasa, Cairo and The St. Regis Cairo.
Dressed smartly in an all-black, Khalil first makes her appearance as she trots up the regal stairs of The St. Regis Almasa in glossy Giuseppe Zanotti boots, takes a whiff of the traditional Egyptian blue lotus, and snaps open a copy of The Vogue Times to discover that a secret celebration is to be had at the luxe property. It is, after all, among the most beautiful spots in Cairo, complete with private villas, sprawling landscapes of 120 acres that are ideal for grand celebrations, three dreamy ballrooms, six VIP lounges, a two-storey spa, several pools, countless sports amenities, and its own beach. As she dances through the sun-kissed ivory and gold lobby of The St. Regis Almasa, Khalil finds herself being led through the hotel’s fairytale-like interiors, only to discover the property’s masterpiece theatre, which seats 1,600. There she stumbles across the first clue for the party: “Find the canvas.”

As she flees the theatre in her billowing purple Jean Louis Sabaji maxi, Amina Khalil changes things up once again, exploring the whopping 42,000 square feet of flexible space inside the one-of-a-kind hotel. Sipping on the hotel’s iconic Hibiscus Mary, the star takes in the details of ‘The Pink Sun’ mural, an ode to Ancient Egypt, when she discovers her next clue, which leads her to a peaceful afternoon tea session.
As the day comes to a wrap, the thrilling video sees Amina Khalil head to her final destination, the Royal Suite. Greeted by the butler, Khalil finally finds what she’s been seeking all along: the invite to the House of Celebration. And for this, she goes all-out.
