Alicia Keys is coming to Abu Dhabi for a special performance as part of Saadiyat Nights.
Fifteen-time Grammy-winning singer Alicia Keys is the latest act to be announced in the star-studded lineup of Saadiyat Nights, the three-month open-air musical event series in Abu Dhabi, UAE. On February 17, the singer, songwriter, producer, and New York Times best-selling author will take the stage on Saadiyat Island for an enthralling performance of her most-loved tracks including ‘Girl on Fire’, ‘Fallin’, and ‘No One’.
Keys is no stranger to the Middle East, especially the UAE and Saudi Arabia, having frequented the countries for a number of shows. She gave memorable performances at the Dubai Jazz Festival in 2018, the Tony Robbins Achieve The Unimaginable event in Dubai in 2019, and at Expo Dubai’s Wasl Dome in 2021, alongside unveiling her album Keys in the emirate. Keys has also been welcomed to AlUla, Saudi Arabia on a couple of special occasions, including the Women on Women event which featured a dialogue between Alicia Keys and HRH Princess Reema bint Bandar Al Said, and twice to perform at Maraya, the world’s largest mirrored building.
The multi-hyphenate artist also has a long list of achievements to her name, having sold over 65 million records, and garnered over 5 billion streams. Keys is also the #1 RIAA certified Female R&B artist of the millennium with over 37 million certified track sales (US) and 20 million Album Sales (US).
Other artists on the Saadiyat Nights lineup feature equally illustrious names from the region and beyond, such as pop star Mariah Carey, Iranian singer Googoosh, and Lebanese icon Majida El Roumi who is set to perform on February 10. Limited tickets are also available for Sting’s concert on February3, Tom Jones on March 1 and John Legend on March 2.
