Following the Michelin Guide‘s arrival in Dubai and Abu Dhabi over the past two years, the region’s first Michelin Food Festival will take place in the capital soon. From December 8 to 10, the event will be held on the sprawling grounds of the Louvre Abu Dhabi Park, as it celebrates the Emirate’s diverse food scene. Culinary enthusiasts will also have the opportunity to check out a curated selection of International Michelin Star restaurants coming to Abu Dhabi. Through its inaugural theme “Art of Flavour,” the festival will play host to 16 Michelin Star restaurants, with each chef creating special menus and exclusive dishes that honor their regional cuisine.

Exclusive masterclass
The festival is offering six insightful masterclasses as part of the Food Festival Program, where foodies will get the chance to watch the chefs at work. Each masterclass focuses on a different type of flavor profile (sweet, sour, savory, etc.).
Michelin Star Chef’s Table
From December 8 to 10, at Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi, three different chef pairings from a local and international Michelin Star restaurant will present a 6-8 course menu based on Asian, European, and contemporary cuisine. Tickets to this one-of-a-kind dining experience with views of the Louvre are available at 750 AED per person, which includes free entry into the festival.
Other activations
There is something for the whole family at the festival, with a dedicated kids’ play area and activities, a café and pastry zone, and a marketplace with Michelin branded merchandise and local producers showcase.
