Model Chanel Iman has welcomed her first child, a baby girl, with her NFL husband Sterling Shepard. Iman announced the name of her new daughter Cali Clay Shepard, in an Instagram post. “You were worth every push every contraction! Welcome to our world @caliclayshepard ❤️,” she wrote alongside the adorable photograph of herself embracing the newborn. In another post, the model revealed that the baby was born on Friday, August 10. Iman and Sheperd, who tied the knot in March of this year, first announced that they were expecting in May. The couple had an adorable, ultra girly baby shower in Oklahoma back in June, where Iman revealed that she was having a girl.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend

Chrissy Teigen announced the birth to baby number two, a boy, with her husband John Legend on Wednesday. Teigen took to her Twitter account to share the exciting news with fans. “Somebody’s herrrrrrre!,” she wrote alongside baby bottle emojis. The newborn joins the couple’s two-year-old daughter, Luna. The supermodel first announced her pregnancy last November via an adorable Instagram video of Luna pointing to her belly and saying “baby”. A few days before giving birth, Teigen wrote that she was “over” being pregnant, as she had known she was pregnant at only 11 days in because of undergoing IVF treatment.

Victoria’s Secret model Miranda Kerr and Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Hart in early May. “Words cannot explain how happy we are to welcome our beautiful son into our family. Miranda is doing well and Flynn is excited to be a big brother. Thank you for the kind words and wishes during this very special time,” the new parents said to People in a statement. The newborn is Kerr’s second child, joining big brother Flynn, who is the model’s 7-year-old son with Orlando Bloom.

Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson

Khloé Kardashian announces the name of her newborn daughter: True Thomspon. The announcement came via Instagram, where Kardashian uploaded a photograph of a room decorated with pink balloons. She captioned it “Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with love. Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family.” Her mother Kris Jenner also took to the social media platform to provide more insight on the meaning behind the name, sharing that her grandfather was True Otis Houghton, and her father was Robert True Houghton. “I am so excited Khloe named her daughter True!” she wrote. Kardashian and her partner Tristan Thompson welcomed baby True on April 12. The newborn is Kardashian’s first child.

Kim Kardashian West welcomed her third child, a baby girl named Chicago, with husband Kanye West on January 15. Last night, the reality star shared the first photo of the newborn with her 108 million Instagram followers. However, this wasn’t the first glimpse the public got of baby Chicago. The one-month-old made a brief appearance in Kylie Jenner’s 11-minute home video she shared on YouTube after giving birth to her first child, Stormi.

Kylie Jenner and rapper Travis Scott welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on February 1st. Jenner confirmed the news on her Instagram with a heart-warming post, explaining why she deliberately kept her pregnancy under wraps. “I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions. I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world,” she wrote. Naturally, the beauty mogul also took to Instagram to reveal her newborn daughter’s name, along with a sweet photo of the baby clutching onto her thumb. Jenner captioned it simply “Stormi Webster,” with an image of an angel emoji.

Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian

Serena Williams has given birth to her first child, a baby girl, with Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian on September 1. The tennis superstar gave birth in Palm Beach, Florida. News first broke that Williams was expecting when she accidentally shared an image of her growing baby bump on Snapchat. In an interview for the September issue of American Vogue, Williams opened up about her baby’s gender saying: “Two weeks after we found out [about the pregnancy], I played the Australian Open. I told Alexis it has to be a girl because there I was playing in 100-degree weather, and that baby never gave me any trouble. Ride or die. Women are tough that way.” Indeed.

Nineteen-year-old model Lucky Blue Smith and Miss Teen USA 2009, Stormi Bree Henley, welcomed a baby girl on July 27. The model took to Instagram to announce his daughter’s arrival, writing, “She’s here. Meet Gravity Blue Smith, I’ve never felt so happy… I love you more than anything in this whole world little princess.”

Beyoncé gave birth to twins on June 14: a girl named Rumi and a boy named Sir. The babies are the newest additions to the Carter family, joining older sister Blue Ivy Carter, who was born in 2013. The twins were born in England, where the couple has plans to raise them for the first few years of their lives. News first broke in January that the human rights lawyer was expecting, which was later confirmed by George Clooney’s mother, Nina, who revealed that the couple was having a boy and a girl.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley gave birth to her first child with Jason Statham in June, a baby boy named Jack Oscar. The new mom announced the news via an Instagram photo of the newborn’s hand, writing: “Our little man arrived! Jack Oscar Statham 8.8lbs on Saturday June 24th.” The couple, who met on the set of Transformers: Dark of the Moon in 2011, also took to the social media platform months earlier to announce that they were expecting. “Very happy to share that Jason and I are expecting!” she captioned the snap, adding, “lots of love.” The 30-year-old made her return to modeling by appearing in her first post-baby campaign for Paige’s Fall 2017 advertorial.

Janet Jackson gave birth to her first baby, a boy named Eissa, with former husband Wissam Al Mana in January. The Grammy-winning singer didn’t officially announce that she was pregnant until October, but posted a video to her Twitter account in April 2016 to announce that she was taking a break from her Unbreakable world tour as there had been “a sudden change.” In the clip, she thanked her crew and fans before adding, “Please, if you can, try and understand that it’s important that I do this now.”

Singer and model Ciara gave birth to her first daughter and child with Russell Wilson, a baby girl named Sienna Princess, in April. Sienna is the second child for Ciara, who is also mother to Future Zahir Wilburn, her son with her ex-fiance, rapper Future. Ciara shared the news of the birth on Instagram with an image of herself kneeling on the beach. The photograph, which was taken by Wilson, was captioned: “Dear Sienna Princess Wilson, No matter how big the wave, we will always be your calm in the storm. We Love You. Irina Shayk and Bradley Cooper welcomed a baby girl, Lea De Seine, in April. Lea is the first child for the Russian supermodel and Oscar-nominated actor, who have been together since Spring 2015. Shayk confirmed her pregnancy on the runway of the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, when she took to the runway wearing two looks: an embellished red ensemble and a grey lingerie set paired with a billowing trenchcoat, her growing baby bump on full display. Shayk joins the ranks of fellow models Lily Aldridge and Alessandra Ambrosio, who both walked the fashion show while pregnant in 2011, as well as Doutzen Kroes in 2013.

Natalie Portman gave birth to a baby girl, Amalia Millepied, in February. Amalia is the Oscar-winning actor’s second child with husband Benjamin Millepied. Portman and her husband are also parents to five-year-old son Aleph. The actor gave birth only days before the Academy Awards, where she was nominated for lead actress for her role in Jackie, and was thus unable to make it to the ceremony. She did, however, make several memorable red carpet appearances showcasing her baby bump.

Pharrell Williams and Helen Lasichanh

Pharrell Williams and his wife, Helen Lasichanh, welcomed triplets – two boys and a girl – in early January. The triplets are the latest additions to the growing family, joining the couple’s eight-year-old son, Rocket. Though the names of the babies are yet to be revealed, Pharrell appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in January to confirm the newborns are healthy and happy. He proudly gushed, “I have to say, my wife carrying those babies, and all of them are fine and healthy… man, I cannot say enough about women. All the kinds of burdens that they carry and the gifts that they carry. I just can’t. My wife is everything.”
