Yolanda Hadid shared a touching tribute to pregnant daughter Gigi Hadid, amid rumors that she has already given birth to her first child. Model Gigi is expecting her first child with singer Zayn Malik and was featured in the post by her mother Yolanda, who noted the family is “waiting patiently” for their “angel” to be born.
The post, which was shared on Instagram by Yolanda, showed a beautiful black-and-white photograph of her hugging her daughter’s pregnant stomach. This image comes after the rumors circulated last week that Gigi had already given birth, after her father, Mohamed Hadid posted an emotional image of a letter he penned to his grandchild. In the post, which has since been deleted from Instagram, the poem read “Hello little grandchild, it is me, my heart as happy as can be. I wish for you the sun and moon, I wish for you a happy time,” the poem reads, in English. “Know that grandpa’s always here, I’ll do anything, anything for you, my dear. When I heard you were on the way, I smiled and wiped a tear away. I cried the tear because I knew my heart would always belong to you.” As fans began to speculate that Gigi and Zayn’s baby had arrived, her father removed the post from his Instagram page, shortly after replying to a comment stating that Gigi had “not yet” given birth.
25-year old Gigi announced her pregnancy in April 2020, after the news was accidentally revealed and confirmed by her mother Yolanda, but has since revealed very little about her little one’s impending arrival. However, over the last few months, the model has shared several stunning portraits that have been captured throughout her pregnancy, noting that she is “growing an angel”
