Following on from the success of its debut event, this week sees experts from all over the region come together for a variety of events including talks and workshops.
Beginning today on Sunday 26 January to Saturday February 1, the full schedule is packed. Puma hosts a range of activities for every fitness level from running to yoga. Wellness experts offer talks on how to ‘Become The Best Version Of Yourself’ and ‘Tools For Sustainable & Joyful Living’. Men haven’t been forgotten too with Re:Set founder Aakanksha Tangri hosting a discussion about male mental health.
