On November 18, 2024, Naila Art Gallery in Riyadh will open its doors to a remarkable evening hosted by Vogue Arabia and Guerlain. This unique exhibition and dinner will combine the sophistication of French high perfumery with the richness of Saudi heritage. The event is set to take place at the gallery’s spectacular location at Al Takhassousi, Al Mathar Ash Shamali.
The evening will be graced by HRH Princess Nourah Al Faisal, CEO of Art of Heritage, who will host this celebration of creativity and culture. Joining her will be Guerlain’s CEO Gabrielle Saint-Genis, and Master Perfumer Thierry Wasser, who will be visiting Saudi Arabia from Paris for the special get-together. Throughout the evening, attendees will have the rare chance to see Guerlain’s iconic Bee Bottles up close. Among the many beautiful, handmade symbols of French perfumery on display will be the brand’s most recent offerings, the Exceptional Creations in collaboration with famed designers Shourouk Rhaiems, Baqué Molinié, and Nadine Kanso.
Doused in dazzling rhinestones, these spectacular pieces aren’t to be missed! Along with the bottles, the celebration will also showcase a collection of couture garments from Art of Heritage, each piece a testament to Saudi Arabia’s craftsmanship. The evening’s theme is rooted in a thoughtful celebration of artistry from two rich traditions, allowing guests to immerse themselves in both worlds.
A Saudi band will perform live music to set a sophisticated tone, while craftsmen share their trade in real time, providing guests with a behind-the-scenes peek at the passion and expertise that goes into both French and Saudi artistic traditions.
The exclusive event seeks to celebrate the re-opening of Guerlain’s ultimate flagship boutique in Riyadh Park where visitors can discover the brand’s Exceptional Creations, as well as the connection between the Maison’s illustrious legacy and Saudis craftsmanship, providing a remarkable and culturally diverse experience in the heart of Riyadh.
