Love the idea of the world of wellness but still a little confused about all the ways you can reap its benefits? The team at Tania’s Teahouse return for their third wellness week and this time it’s with a slight difference. With the first editions having been held at the world’s 7th most Insatgrammable spot, which happens to be their cafe, they’ve decided instead of postponing it to move it online. Making it even easier to not miss a single class, workshop or talk all you need to do is watch out for when their Instagram page @TaniasTeahouse going live from April 7 to 15 at 10am and 4pm (GMT +4) every day.
Believing in the power of communi-tea and positivi-tea (yes, we had to) they’ve brought together a lineup of 19 inspiring hosts and speakers. Wanting everyone to get involved the sessions are completely interactive. First up founder Tania Lodi talks all things tea, delving into its profound health benefits and opening up with her own struggles with chronic pain which led her to open up her own cafe. Next up get motivated by some of the regions leading coaches and practitioners including Dr Lanalle Dunn who talks about the power of sharing our common consciousness and choosing love.
For those who want to sharpen up their cooking skills, there are two foodie sessions on the powers of vegan cooking and mindfulness and food where you can cook along. Looking to get active? Yogi Danielle Blaker hosts a deep stretch session. For those who already have a Zoom meeting lined up with their family or friends, the sessions will also be available to catch up on 24hours after each session.
